To je ekstremno, ampak če lahko narediš kaj, kar te drži na ležišču, da lahko tudi v nemirnem dremaš, bereš in morda poslušaš glasbo, namesto da se oprijemaš česa, da te ne vrže z ležišča, je to zelo dobro imeti v mislih.
